过去的往事也可以是我们的盔甲～"Thinking back, I'm glad that it happened. That I happened. I don't regret a single thing."
Some say nostalgia can be really dangerous. Risking emotional dependency, of not being able to move on and concentrate on our future. Risking to loose the ability to find beauty in our present.
But I've seen strength and hope emerging from our memories. A home full of comfort, when we feel the vulnerable, insecure and scared. A room full of lessons each time we did something that hurt us or someone else. Our memories are our armor and it scares me to think about who we would be without them.
